Led the end-to-end implementation of a provincial-scale spatial data management system. This initiative established a central Spatial Data Portal, integrating diverse geospatial datasets from various government agencies. The project enhanced interagency coordination for strategic planning, resource management, and public service delivery. A key achievement was ensuring full compliance with national standards like JIGN (National Spatial Data Infrastructure) and the One Map Policy, setting a benchmark for other provinces.
